WIC Monthly Meeting Refund & Cancellation Policy

All registered attendees of a monthly meeting will receive an e-mail on the Monday before a meeting reminding you that you've signed-up for a meeting.

WIC Associate Members & Non-Member Refunds
You can request a refund up to Tuesday at Noon prior to the monthly meeting (third Thursday of each month). After Tuesday at Noon, no refunds will be issued. You will receive a refund less the $4.50 processing fee ($45.50).

Non-Members who decide to join WIC as a Premier Member within a week of attending a monthly meeting will receive a full refund of your guest fee ($50) upon receipt of your dues payment.

WIC Premier Members
You must cancel your reservation for a monthly meeting no later than Tuesday at Noon the week of the monthly meeting (third Thursday of each month). If a Premier Member does not cancel in advance and ends up not showing at a meeting, we will follow up with the Premier Member after the meeting and remind her about the cancellation policy. If a Premier Member misses two meetings in a membership year without advanced cancellation, we will charge the Premier Member $25 for the second missed meeting.

While we understand special circumstances, we request your cooperation with this policy in order to help us plan meals accurately with the restaurant and make the most of membership funds.

All requests for cancellations and refunds must be sent to info@womeninconsulting.org.

No refunds given on membership dues once paid. WIC Memberships are not transferrable.
