I. Wayan Palasara
Born and raised in Peliatan Ubud, a small village full of art activities
such as balinese dancing and music, carving, sculptoring and of course
painting taught me a lot about art work. When i was a kid, my father taught
me sculptoring and carving but i like drawing better. I learned about
drawing in the school until i graduated high school in 1992, but when
i had to choise the university, i decided to study english, rather than
art. Soon, i got bored going to the campus and painting at home was becoming
more, and more fun, and exiting and compelling. Anyway i still went to
the campus sometimes just to finish it and i graduated in 1997. And more
seriously painting until august 2001 i decieded to study at The State
College of Indonesia Art, Bali Indonesia.
